Rental bookings can be cancelled 24 hours in advance of pick up time for no charge.

Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance (exception weather in Marietta, PA) will result in a charge equal to 50% of your total reservation to the card used at the time of booking. For example, if you booked a trike for 4 hours ($60 + tax) and cancelled the morning of your booking (less than 24 hours), you would be charged $30 + tax.
Trikes are sized to your leg length using a specific measurement called x-seam (external inseam). This measurement is different than an inseam as it accounts for the length of your seat (lower back and buttocks). Not all trikes can accommodate all x-seams. Below are some tips for measuring your x-seam:

How to Measure Your X-Seam – Board and Floor Method
How to Measure Your X-Seam – Chair Method

Inseam is used for setting bike seats to the appropriate height. It is the same inseam measurement as that used in tailoring so you can get your inseam from measuring your favorite pair of pants or just measure yourself.
Yes! We will supply you with a helmet (you can bring your own as well) and vest and your cycle will be outfitted with a bell, water bottel cage, and flag (exception bikes).

Check out the following safety information to prepare for your ride:

- Please arrive early to sign the rental agreement, complete payment for your rental, and become acquainted with your rental cycle.
- Please wear close-toed shoes for your ride (no flip flops or sandals). Check out these other Dos and Don’ts of Recumbent Riding.
- All rentals include a helmet, vest, flag (trike only), cycle bag (basket for bikes), and cycle lock.
- Review these Bicycle Safety Tips.
- Review the Rental Terms and Conditions (riders must complete an agreement in person at the time of rental)
Some people wish to ride with their own pedals as they have shoes to clip onto the pedal or they just prefer to use their own equipment. That's no problem - just bring your own 9/16" pedal set and we'll put them on before you leave on your ride. When you return from your ride, we'll take your pedals back off.

There is a $10 charge to change pedals; please let us know if you would like this option when you book.

Each trike rental comes with a water bottle cage that can accommodate a typical cycle water bottle and a small pack. The pack is approximately 8" x 7.5" x 4" and can easily accommodate a wallet, keys, a phone, and some small snacks as well as the cycle lock we provide you.

If you are renting a trike, do not bring a backpack - you will not be able to ride with the pack on your back as you are sitting in a reclined position and there isn't room to attach it to the back of the seat. You can always leave items in your car or we have lockers where you can secure your personal items and take the key with you on your ride.

Bike rentals come with a sizeable front basket.
